Refund Policy

Refunds of Services

The Client acknowledges and confirms that they are authorizing the payment of set amount for the services rendered by the Provider. The payment covers all outstanding balances related to services agreed to between the Provider and the Client.

Satisfaction of Services

The Client expresses their satisfaction with all work completed by the Provider as of the date of set agreement. It is up to the client to express dissatisfaction in a timely manner. The Client has had the opportunity to review the deliverables and has found them to be in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications.

Non-Refundable Payment

The Client agrees that due to the nature of the work that was required to prepare and deliver this service, there will be no refunds issued unless determined by the owner, Layla Beyer.
